Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Sacco Mann. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained within a commercial litigation department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of commercial disputes, including partnership and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, commercial property disputes, landlord and tenant, and professional negligence. They will also be required to draft various legal documents, witness statements, and prepare cases for trial.
