About the Role

Orbit Group is seeking a highly skilled Performance and Insights Lead to join our Impact and Performance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is a critical part of our customer support program, Better Days, which aims to deliver robust insights that drive service improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the production of high-quality monthly and quarterly impact reports, data returns, and benchmarking for internal and external audiences using qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights.
  • Support the Impact and Performance Team Lead in implementing and maintaining robust monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the Thriving Communities team to undertake and deliver activities to high standards of impact and compliance, providing guidance on impact requirements as needed.
  • Review and provide feedback to relevant project managers on customer support data monthly and quarterly reports from Better Days internal and external partners.
  • Monitor and track compliance of all Better Days projects, reporting any risks identified to the relevant project manager and senior management team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of qualitative and quantitative impact reports and the ability to interpret complex information for a range of audiences.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and experience with statistical/data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to engage and work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently and act on initiative where appropriate.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful and credible insights on short-term results and long-term trends.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems and think critically about monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
