About the Role

KPMG's ServiceNow practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) clients in leveraging ServiceNow to drive business outcomes.

As a ServiceNow Director, you will be responsible for building and commercializing senior client relationships, leading the design and delivery of large, complex engagements, and providing leadership in building and maintaining a strong ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep senior client relationships to drive business growth
  • Lead the design and delivery of large, complex ServiceNow engagements
  • Provide leadership in building and maintaining a strong ServiceNow practice
  • Proactively manage risks and ensure adherence to KPMG's risk management frameworks
  • Develop and motivate project team members and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify and lead critical practice development initiatives

Requirements

  • Track record of leading high-value complex technology projects
  • Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver insightful recommendations
