- Operational Meetings: Lead operational meetings to sign off new packages and oversee the delivery from inception to sales handover.
- Partnerships: Secure exclusive allocations with cruise partners and manage the handover process to operations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on competitor activity and review the commercial and operational performance of products.
- Organisational Skills: A high level of organisational skills and the ability to present product ideas confidently.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the cruise market and competitor strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Positive and professional attitude with the ability to create and motivate a dynamic team.
- Management Skills: Strong management skills with a focus on mentoring and achieving KPIs.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute with experience in analytics, pricing, negotiating, ROI, and yield management.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
