Compliance Manager Job Description

Ebury is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Ebury's business activities comply with relevant regulations, including the FCA Handbook, FSMA2000, FSMA(RAO), MiFID, MAR, and EMIR.
  2. Policy Development: Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to local Front Office staff on regulatory compliance matters.
  4. Internal and External Audits: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring Ebury's compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Management Information: Produce regular management information reports to Ebury's management team.
  6. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure Ebury's staff are aware of regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the FCA Handbook and relevant Compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in policy development, regulatory reporting, and internal and external audits.
