Job Title: Information and Access Officer

Join our team as an Information and Access Officer, providing exceptional customer service and support to adults and their families in need of social care services.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. As an Information and Access Officer, you will be the main point of contact for all adult social care enquiries, handling high volumes of calls and electronic contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to adults and their families
  • Handle high volumes of calls and electronic contacts
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills
