Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Biffa. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship between Biffa and our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business account plans to ensure service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
  • Manage the tender and/or benchmarking processes for clients, identifying new development opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
  • Complete customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
  • Assist depots and customer services in resolving issues arising from sites, including health and safety, container changes, or the introduction of alternative services.
  • Ensure customer debt position is maintained in line with contractual commitments.
  • Engage with clients at all levels to negotiate, influence, and communicate to deliver long-term benefits.
Requirements:
  • Confident with Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel.
  • Analytical with the ability to understand numerical data.
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Driver and comfortable commuting nationally 3 times per week.
