Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking an exceptional Merchandiser to join our team in London. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our Menswear category, from product brief to delisting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Menswear category, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to create and present range plans, including pricing strategies and COO analysis.
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions, working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers, including Sourcing, Design, Product Development, and Planning teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Regional Merchandising teams to gain product feedback and market research.
  • Manage sample budgets and ensure accurate tracking, maintaining, and ordering of samples.
  • Partner with the Corporate Pricing team to understand price-bands across core currencies and report back findings to the Merchandising team.
  • Coordinate and support all administration and assistant duties relating to market/product training for the Merchandising team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in RTW Collection Merchandising within luxury retail.
  • Proven success at Merchandiser level, driving category full lifecycles.
  • Passionate about product and market trends.
  • Creative with strong commercial instincts.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
