Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Ophthalmology Clinic Joint Venture Partnership as a Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring clinical safety and excellent care, and contributing to the long-term growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the practice by delivering continually improving operational excellence.
- Provide efficient care of the highest quality for patients.
- Work in collaboration with Clinical Joint Venture Partners to ensure clinical safety and excellent care.
- Use people management skills to engender a culture of quality, performance, and world-class service.
- Provide leadership and direction in a busy environment.
- Be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of regulated activities for the local operating subsidiary.
About You: We are looking for an individual with previous experience in operational healthcare delivery, managing theatres or equivalent, and working with Consultants/Doctors. You must have successfully managed large teams of people and have a good understanding of CQC regulations, the new framework, and what good governance looks like. You must be able to work both operationally and strategically and switch between both when needed. A commercial mindset with previous experience of managing P&L and budgets is essential.
What We Offer: As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to earn a salary of £100,000 per annum, plus dividends, with an average OTE of £250,000 plus per annum. You will also have the opportunity to accrue on a shareholders' loan of £50,000 per partner, which is repayable after 3 years.
