Nursery Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic nursery nurse to join our team at Nexter Ltd. As a nursery nurse, you will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities- Activity Planning: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Observation and Documentation: Observe and document children's development, tracking their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and other members of the nursery team to ensure that each child receives the best possible care.
- Nursery Environment: Ensure that the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained, promoting a healthy and happy atmosphere for children.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and their families.
- Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) and relevant experience working in a nursery setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for Childcare: A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the nursery.
