Funeral Services Director

Our client, a respected funeral directorship, is seeking a Funeral Services Manager to oversee the planning and management of logistics, workshops, transportation, and customer services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of funeral support services, managing the central funeral diary, and directing, optimizing, and coordinating funeral service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of funeral services, including logistics and transportation
- Coordinate with funeral directors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in funeral service support
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to families and individuals
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to funeral services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in funeral services management or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of funeral industry regulations and standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
