Job Title: Referral Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Referral Assessor to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Referral Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering Health and Social Care to Level 5 and assessing learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5 (Lead Adult Care Worker).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork, and general skills.
Requirements:
  • Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA) or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS/AET.
  • Ideally have experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care/Adult Care at Level - not essential.
  • Hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent.
  • Hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager.
  • Confident to deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.
