Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Teach360. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons to small groups and individual students, as well as working with small groups of students
  • Write reports and take attendance, prepare teaching materials, and take registers
  • Encourage students to learn and develop confidence by helping them develop independence and self-confidence
  • Manage behavior, mark work, and keep parents and carers informed about the progress their children are making
  • Assist specialist teaching services, medical personnel, counselors, and psychologists with the provision of education
  • Organize educational trips, attend workshops, and provide training to other teaching staff on special educational needs issues

About the School

Our school is a co-educational special school specializing in autism and complex needs. We cater to children aged between 2 and 19 with social communication, cognitive, sensory, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Our purpose-designed school is equipped with all the necessary features to meet the needs of students with autism and complex needs.
