Financial Controls Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive financial excellence in our organisation.
The successful candidate will lead and enhance financial control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Driving process improvements to optimise efficiency, accuracy, and control in financial reporting.
- Providing expert guidance on financial control matters, supporting senior management in decision-making.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure the integrity of financial data and controls.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong skills in data analytics, process mapping, project management, auditing and internal control programmes.
- Hold a business-improvement mindset.
- Experience in coaching and educating stakeholders.
- IT general controls experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of financial statements and identifying risk.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, changeable environment.
