Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking in accordance with company protocols and health and safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining accurate inventory and stock levels
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Relevant culinary qualification or experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including COSHH and HACCP
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately record and manage inventory
