Job Summary

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading provider of residential and supported living services in Ireland, catering to individuals with complex support needs. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.

Job Objectives

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our service users, working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting service users with their daily plans and activities
  • Providing assistance with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompanying service users on community outings and appointments
  • Encouraging education, skills development, and personal growth
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline (or relevant life experience)
  • A full driver's license (or in the process of obtaining one)
  • A strong commitment to providing person-centered care and support
