General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at UK Pub & Kitchen. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the pub, including staff development, customer service, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and sales
- Manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the best possible deals and services
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to be on-call as required
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends and developments
