Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chemistry Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our chemistry department, you will be responsible for guiding a team of chemists, developing strategies for small molecule projects, and collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the chemistry team, driving strategy for small molecule drug discovery.
  • Collaborate with biology and other scientific leaders to ensure program success.
  • Provide project leadership, ensuring milestones are met across R&D.
  • PhD in synthetic, medicinal, or computational chemistry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience setting up a chemistry department, developing, and executing strategy.
  • Previous leadership experience including, building, recruiting, and onboarding a team of Chemists.
