About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join our team at Adroit People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and proposing optimal solutions using Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client requirements and propose out-of-the-box (OOTB) standard functionality to meet business needs.
  • Document user stories and collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Deliver demos to stakeholders and provide clear explanations of proposed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a related field, including 4+ years in Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in a business analyst role.
  • Proven experience in Telco CRM and a strong understanding of Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce certification is a must.
Language Requirements
  • English is the primary language of communication, but proficiency in German is also required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
