Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join our team at Manning Global. As a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and proposing standard functionality to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and propose standard functionality to business stakeholders
  • Document user stories and discuss requirements with designers and development teams
  • Provide demos to business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, and Communication Cloud (Vlocity) is an added advantage
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
  • Salesforce Certified
  • German language proficiency is mandatory

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience in Telco CRM
  • Ability to discuss requirements with clients related to Salesforce
