About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence
  • Supporting the implementation of care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents
  • Administering medication (if required)
