About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support.
  • Provide personal care and administer medication (if required), maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
