Key Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities, providing a high level of care and attention to their needs.
- Assist in the transportation of patients with challenging behavior and/or mental health illnesses, requiring a calm and empathetic approach.
- Ensure the ambulance is kept safe, clean, and tidy, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless patient transport experience, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transport.
- Committed to providing exceptional patient care and a high level of customer service.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have a good degree of physical fitness.
- Pass an Enhanced DBS check and undergo regular training to maintain your certification.
- Be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
