About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Carmarthenshire County Council. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care duties, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Support with meal preparation and assistance with medication, as per the Authority's Medication Policy
  • Work collaboratively with visiting professionals, such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
