In your role as a Searcys Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for managing sections, understanding and fulfilling all guest requirements, and delivering seamless service for food and drinks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while performing all job-related duties
- Actively participate in the execution of all food and beverage services
- Assist in the setup of tables and necessary equipment
- Take orders and process payments
- Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures
- Resolve any customer service-related issues
- Collaborate with key personnel in various areas (kitchen, floor, reception, etc.) to ensure consistent food and service quality
- Address customer requests courteously and refer to management when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act and Health and Safety regulations
- Follow all legal requirements regarding fire regulations, security, licensing, and local authority stipulations
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Maintain a hands-on and proactive approach
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate a passion for food and beverage
- Manage time effectively
- Possess strong organizational skills
