Sales Team Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Conveyancing Sales team at Simplify Group. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and development, with experience in a telephone-based sales environment. You will be accountable for the delivery of sales results and management of task lists for your team of telesales account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate performance metrics, including productivity, task management, and conversion across your telesales team.
- Conduct individual call analysis and provide one-on-one feedback, coaching, and leadership.
- Provide detailed feedback to the higher management team on individual progress.
- Review team incentives and implement both local and remote teams.
- Implement sales strategies and manage communication.
