This is a brilliant opportunity to join our team, working in the Asset Transformation area to ensure effective change management, stakeholder engagement, assess current organisational capabilities, design interventions, and implement solutions to increase effectiveness and achieve business goals throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to mitigate risks, address challenges, and maximise the benefits of organisational changes.
- Collaborate across all workstreams to identify and assess the organisational change impacts of the Transformation Programme.
- Design change management plans, communications, and training to support the successful implementation of organisational changes.
- Support the People Workstream Lead and Head of Transformation in analysing the organisation's current state, identifying gaps and opportunities, and developing a strategic OD roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Assess the organisation's capability, capacity, readiness, and maturity to undertake and sustain proposed changes.
We are looking for an experienced Change or Organisational Development professional with a proven track record of understanding change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
As a Change Management Specialist, you will demonstrate the ability to coordinate workload while managing multiple project demands, with proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
