Job Title: Production Engineer

First Tech Group is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for improving production efficiency, supporting other departments, and ensuring the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to operating areas, including planning, design, installation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for operational departments.
  • Support planning and directing production scheduling and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the PU industry.
  • Proficient in the use of Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks (3D CAD).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
