We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at Homes Plus. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective management and administration of our Retirement Living housing developments in Edinburgh, East & Midlothian.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out viewings and allocation visits to welcome and assist new tenants in settling into their new homes.
- Conduct site Health & Safety checks and building management to ensure a safe and secure environment for our residents.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve our business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic DBS check.
