About the Role

The Sales & Services Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will involve setting targets, implementing guidelines, and providing coaching and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve departmental KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales performance
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain a positive and productive team culture

About You

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with sales software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
