About the Role:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Taunton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage participation in activities, such as socializing, exercise, and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
