Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the complete sales cycle
  • Creating tailored proposals
  • Developing targeted marketing materials
  • Managing contractual agreements including master service agreements and consultancy schedules
  • Participating in business development discussions with potential clients, documenting insights, and ensuring follow-up actions are executed
  • Maintaining an updated sales pipeline and ensuring accurate reporting
  • Engaging with current clients to identify upselling opportunities, documenting discussions, and executing follow-up actions
  • Researching competitor activities and generating leads for the organization
  • Contributing to new business presentations, highlighting the agency's strengths and value
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and expanding existing accounts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar Sales or Marketing capacity
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical marketing standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Business-level proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is preferred
  • A passion for biscuits and snacks is a plus
