Job Opportunity

This newly created Financial Planning and Analysis role is a great opportunity to bring your existing experience to a leading organisation and shape the financial planning function. You will make your mark, help drive the business forward, and generate the commercial information required to bring about change.

About the Role

As a Financial Planning and Analysis professional, you will:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyse financial data to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to align financial plans with strategic goals.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.

About the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with experience of operating in a Financial Planning and Analysis function. You will be a strong communicator, willing and able to build strong relationships with non-finance colleagues.

What We Offer

£50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits.
