About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to play a critical role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders, as well as managing a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to pre-contracts stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of leads
  • Maintain and grow relationships with contractors and clients
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to secure new business
  • Update and manage the CRM system with ongoing project data
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage longer sales cycles and high-value projects
  • Flexibility to travel across Greater London for client meetings
