Grafton Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading ecommerce business based in the Midlands, seeking a Head of CRM and Digital to join their team. Our client is looking for a candidate with experience in driving the online trading business and overseeing the end-to-end sales strategy.

The Role:

As the Head of CRM and Digital, your focus will be on maximising revenue, attracting new customers, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation by monitoring and analysing ecommerce performance metrics.
  2. Leading a team and a performance marketing agency, in addition to running the online business.
  3. Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the online retail business, including product merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  4. Driving traffic and conversions through paid search, social media advertising, and other performance marketing initiatives.
  5. Providing regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.
  6. Liaising with the product and supply chain teams to ensure the optimum availability of products and the management of stock levels.
  7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with performance marketing agencies.
  8. Acting as a mentor and providing opportunities for the professional development of team members.
  9. Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and in-depth knowledge of online trade, CRM, digital marketing, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms.
