We are seeking a highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, managing day-to-day contact with the customer, developing long-term strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or service management operating within the IT industry, ideally involved with products across IT hardware/software, Cyber Security, and Cloud services. You will have a strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Managing day-to-day contact with clients, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet client needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their IT customers
  • Providing technical and commercial expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
