Electrical Supervisor Job Description

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and deliver electrical works on our clients' social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and organise operatives daily to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Manage and control all aspects of material stock control and distribution.
  • Check and verify all paperwork, certificates, timecards, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Schedule all works ready for invoicing and arrange client meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met, and operatives adhere to risk assessments and method statements.
  • Carry out quality engineer checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and completing work on time.
  • Assist in other roles and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic and commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting.
  • JIB Managers/Gold Card and 18th Edition certification.
