Electrical Supervisor Job Description

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and deliver a variety of electrical works on our clients' social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing material stock control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Liaise and organize operatives daily
• Manage and control all aspects of material stock control and distribution
• Check all paperwork, certificates, timecards, and invoices
• Schedule all works ready for invoicing (contract specific)
• Arrange and liaise with clients and attend all client meetings
• Check and ensure that all health and safety requirements are being carried out
• Carry out quality engineer checks
• Ensure all deadlines and work are completed on time
• Deliver customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level
• Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic/commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting
• JIB Managers/Gold Card
• 18th Edition/City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical & 2391 Inspection and Testing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of an established team
• Analytical and methodical approach to problems
• Motivated and results-driven
• Full driving license essential
