Financial Services Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Analyst to join our team at Select Appointments. As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Manager in the production of monthly management accounts, weekly finance reports, and annual statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Assist in the smooth financial operations of the company, resolving queries and setting up invoice payments.
  3. Support the Finance Manager in the production of monthly management accounts and annual statutory reporting.
  4. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reconciliation of ledger accounts.
  5. Produce key insurance finance reports.
  6. Manage accounts receivable and credit control.

Requirements:

  1. Strong written and spoken communication skills to enable effective communication at all levels.
  2. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  3. Degree educated (1st/2:1) in Accountancy & Finance or a numeracy-based subject.

This is a 5-day per week role based in Croydon, with some travel required to other offices from time to time. If you are a recent graduate or soon to be graduated and are passionate about a career in finance, with the desire and drive to become ACCA qualified, we encourage you to apply.
