Job Summary

The Strategic Reward Leader will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to develop and implement pay, reward, benefits, and performance strategies that align with the company's broader goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create associated policies, governance, and aligned processes to support reward-related activities across the business.
  • Deliver an effective service to a range of employees across the business, ensuring regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity.
  • Take ownership for reward processes, including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization.
  • Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing, and manage the reward aspect of all People policies.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes with robust reward processes.
  • Line management responsibility of Reward Analyst.
  • Chair monthly RemCom meetings, setting agendas and themes for the month.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience of reward and recognition processes, including salary review, recognition incentives, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization.
  • Experience of regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity.
  • Proven capabilities as a senior leader and manager, with a proactive, flexible, and inclusive management style.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced user of Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs.
  • The ability to make logical, well-balanced, and reasoned decisions.
