Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial accounting division, guaranteeing effective daily operations.
- Generate weekly cash flow projections and annual financial plans.
- Enhance cash flow through strategic management of working capital and credit policies.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Manage daily treasury operations and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
- Supervise foreign currency risk and apply suitable hedging techniques.
- Lead the accounts payable division, ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate the submission of statutory returns.
- Collaborate with the Group to produce audited financial statements and annual tax returns.
- Drive improvements in systems and processes across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory obligations.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA Accountant.
- Extensive experience in Financial Management, preferably within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 7 individuals.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on business collaboration.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a commitment to enhancing processes and systems.
- Proven success in a comparable finance leadership position.
