Position Overview:


As a Client Support Coordinator at MM Search, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office while delivering outstanding assistance to our team.


Key Responsibilities:

The primary duty of the Client Support Coordinator will be to aid our active Debt Advice Team in various facets of their operations.

This will encompass, but is not confined to, the following tasks:

  • Conducting debt advisory and information-gathering calls with clients,
  • Engaging with creditors, including HMRC and local authorities, to collect necessary information,
  • Performing administrative duties to assist the management team.
