Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic and compassionate team at the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children, young people, and their families.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop goal-focussed treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred treatment packages
- Participate in the Duty Clinician rota for urgent response and contribute to the development of the service

Person Specification- Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Proven experience in mental health practice, risk assessment, and risk management
- Ability to travel independently and work flexibly
