Job Title:

Clinical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to deliver professional structured skills-based workshops in mental health, psychological well-being, and resilience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in a health-related discipline and experience in delivering training to adult groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver practical training on-site at PRRT Maryfield Training Suite and at locations throughout Northern Ireland.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of mental health, psychological well-being, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Psychological Therapies and Clinical Lead to ensure training meets the needs of the service.
  • Design and deliver training programs that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to inform training content and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Honours Degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant Mental Health discipline.
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience delivering training in person to adult groups.
  • Full, current UK driving licence or alternative arrangements for transportation.
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £35.00 plus mileage rates in accordance with PRRT policy. Hours will be offered on an as and when required basis only, and payment will be made for hours worked only.
