We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our international entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review month-end reporting and Management Accounts for international entities.
- Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet through control of the general ledger.
- Perform first-line analysis of Management Accounting information and work with the Finance Business Partner to finalize variance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with local experts to deliver the annual statutory audit and ensure full taxation compliance.
- Mentor and support junior staff in controlling and ensuring payments are made in line with terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Either a fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or qualified by experience, with a strong background in a busy and fast-paced sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and comparing actual results with forecasts.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, problem-solving ability, and a dependable team member.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
