We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Desk team as an Apprentice IT Service Desk Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming service requests via telephone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with clients verbally and in writing, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the support email queue, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, utilizing your technical skills to resolve complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in IT support and troubleshooting, with a strong foundation in technical skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
