Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Transport Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between ambulance crews, operational staff, and healthcare professionals to support patient transfers and dispatch operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Work independently and as part of a small team to achieve shared goals.
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:
- Good telephone manner and IT literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
- Part-time (minimum 22 hours) or full-time hours available.
- Flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- On-call responsibilities, including one night per week and one weekend per month.
Recruitment Schedule:
