Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Portsmouth. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project planning and coordination, ensuring all elements are aligned and progressing on schedule.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure project activities comply with project plans and company policies.
  • Assist in planning and initiating project schedules and procedures, coordinating and monitoring project activities.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties, ensuring project activities are progressing as planned.
  • Deal with project queries, identifying and resolving any potential issues.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan.
  • Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary, and assist in the close-out of completed projects.
  • Document and send various information relating to the project.
Requirements:
  • Able to multitask and coordinate various tasks, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a busy, demanding environment.
  • Able to meet deadlines, with IT literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM.
