About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team at Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our global pharmaceutical account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead point of contact for our major global pharmaceutical account
  • Project manage campaigns from planning through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in the health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, providing solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
  • Lead client-facing meetings and updates, effectively communicating our value proposition and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the health and pharmaceutical target audience, applying this knowledge to inform our business strategies
  • Support new business pitching efforts, leveraging your expertise to win new clients and grow our business
  • Oversee the strategy and direction of our pharmaceutical account, ensuring alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with health and pharmaceutical accounts, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • A proactive attitude and ambition, with a drive to succeed and grow our business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • A deep understanding of our clients' businesses and the ability to participate in long-term business planning
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £95,000 - £105,000
