Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Job Summary
This is a senior leadership role within the Finance department at the British Business Bank, responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts that support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
- Senior management experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain financial models and tools.
- Experience in managing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
